Spring Enrolment 

Performance program for mountain bikers of all ages wanting to build flow on the trail through becoming more athletic, stronger, and resilient.

  • Train with with like minded riders using the gym as a vehicle to progress on the trails and in life. 
  • Build strength, power, mobility and endurance resulting in all around athleticism which will transfer to the trail.
  • Program designed to progress through multiple phases optimizing your fitness and reducing injury risk

The spring session will be sold in blocks of monthly instalments. There are 3 blocks planned. You do not need to commit to all 3 upfront. For example, if you want to complete the first two blocks you can request to stop after the second block.

Block 1 Start Date: April 7

Block 2 Start Date: May 5

Block 3 Start Date: June 2

Times:

  • Mon/Weds: 6-7am
  • Mon/Weds: 8-9pm

* We reserve the right to move participants into other sessions or offer a refund if any session which does not reach minimum numbers to go ahead.
