About Chris Linder

Think of me as your body’s mechanic. I help mountain bikers build and repair their bodies to ride for a lifetime.

15+ years helping athletes perform and stay pain-free

  • From amateur sport to professional hockey. I’ve worked with organizations including the Minnesota Wild (NHL), Calgary Flames (NHL), Abbotsford Heat (AHL), and teams across the OHL and WHL.

My specialty is building and rebuilding athletes: restoring movement, developing real-world strength and power, and keeping bodies durable under load.

Today, I bring that experience to mountain bikers and all cycling disciplines, helping riders get stronger without pain, ride with confidence, and stay in the sport for the long haul.

I’ve been through the “ride myself into shape” phase. I know what it’s like to feel nervous before group rides, to skip epic days because you don’t want to bonk, and to have old injuries limit what you can do on singletrack.

Through a focused, functional program and committing to year-round training—I’ve turned that around and become one of the fittest riders in my circle.

I’ll guide you to maximize your natural movement and fitness, and I’ll teach you how to take care of your body so you can keep shredding for decades.
